- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Non-returnable items include:

- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Digital/downloadable goods.

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refund timelines:
- KNET/Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund issued as store credit or bank transfer.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or model variations (subject to availability).
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
