Order Cancellation Policy
At The One KD Shop, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when and how cancellations can be made.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched.
- Full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- After Dispatch:
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may initiate a return request after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Cash on Delivery Orders:
- COD orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer service.
- Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on your account.
2. Cancellation by The One KD Shop
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment authorization fails or appears fraudulent.
- Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
- Delivery to your location is not possible.
- If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
3. Refund Timeline for Cancellations
- KNET / Credit / Debit Card: 7–14 business days (subject to bank processing).
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
